  • What You Can Expect

    We get to know you through our onboarding process, when we collect needed information about you - then we use that information to develop the investment and protection strategies that are most appropriate for you. When we receive your approval to move forward, we implement those strategies. Then, we meet with you to review important information together: your policies and financial statements, service level expectations, and the online resources and tools that are available for you.

  • Communications

    Communication is a key component of every successful relationship – our relationship with you is no different. We will typically reach out to you several times each year, either by e-mail, postal mail or by telephone. We may contact you about a potential investment opportunity, or you may receive an invitation to a fun and educational event.

    It’s vital that you keep us informed of changes in your life: births and deaths, changes in marital status and family situation, career changes – they’re all important. At the very least, we will want to meet with you annually so we can determine what changes, if any, should be made to your policies, strategies and plans.
